Posting ads on Vilpana is free. This policy covers the only thing you can pay for on the website: featuring an ad.
A featured ad is shown on top of matching results near you for the number of days in the plan you choose (see Pricing). Featuring starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. It is a digital service; nothing is shipped.
Payments for featuring are final and not refundable, including when you sell, pause, edit or delete the ad, or when it expires before the featured days end.
If our team removes an ad for breaking the Terms of Use, featuring ends and no refund is made.
You can’t cancel featuring once it has started. You can always delete the ad itself. If you close the payment window before paying, nothing is charged.
If money was taken but your ad isn’t featured within an hour, or you were charged twice, use “Report this ad” or “Report this chat”, or see Safety tips with the Payment ID from your bank or from Payments. We check every case; a failed or duplicate charge is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
